  • We celebrate success at every stage. From diplomas and staff awards to quarterly bonuses and gift cards, our students are recognized for growth, teamwork, and innovation.

  • Every new hire receives a welcome letter, after their 60 day probational period is complete. Each student will receive a University acceptance package, designed to build excitement. From day one, they understand that they are part of a community, not just a job.

  • Characters like Wally the Waffle, Pancake Pete, DJ Toasty, Toast The Tiger. And our Faculty Professor Peachy and Professor Bubbly help bring the University to life. These mascots create a sense of fun, belonging, and identity for the entire team.

  • Managers and trainers act as professors, guiding staff through challenges like upselling, conflict resolution, teamwork exercises, and leadership coaching. Every shift is both work and a classroom.

  • Staff gain access to handbooks, training manuals, and learning modules designed to sharpen their skills. From FOH guest service to BOH execution, every role is covered with structured resources.

  • Toast On Lenox University is now open to all Toast On Lenox employees, from new hires to seasoned team members. Every employee has access to growth tracks, certification modules, and promotional pathways tailored to their role.

  • Yes. Each completed course unlocks a Toast U Certificate of Achievement. Employees who complete full tracks—such as Server, Host, Bartender, Manager-in-Training, or Leadership—receive a Toast U Diploma and recognition at our yearly Toast U Ceremony.

  • Absolutely. Completion of certain modules can qualify employees for:
        •    Raises
        •    Leadership opportunities
        •    Management interviews
        •    Special incentives or bonuses
        •    Recognition at pep rallies
        •    Toast U jackets, patches, or merch

    Toast U is directly tied to professional growth within the brand.

  • Toast U combines professional training with a university-themed experience—complete with mascots, varsity themes, pep rallies, games, competitions, certifications, and campus-inspired learning. It turns training into a culture, allowing everyone to learn and grow. 

  • Enrollment is automatic upon joining Toast On Lenox. New hires are guided through their first Toast U courses during onboarding. Current employees can speak with management to enroll in advanced or elective training tracks.
